AJ InterBridge Inc. Personal information relating to race, creed, social status, medical history, criminal record, or other information designated by APPI as requiring special care to prevent unfair discrimination, prejudice, or other disadvantages.
(4) “Personal Information Database, etc.”
A collective body of information that includes personal information and is systematically organized so that it can be searched using a computer, or is otherwise arranged according to certain rules so that specific personal information can be easily retrieved.
(5) “Personal Data”
Personal information constituting a Personal Information Database, etc.
(6) “Disclosure, etc.”
Disclosure (including disclosure of records of provision to third parties), correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure, and suspension of provision to third parties, as requested by the individual or their authorized representative.
(7) “Retained Personal Data”
Personal data over which the Company has the authority to disclose, correct, add, delete, suspend use, erase, or suspend provision to third parties.

Article 5 (Changes to the Purpose of Use)
The Company may change the Purposes of Use to the extent reasonably recognized as relevant to the purposes before such change. In such cases, the Company will promptly publish the revised purposes on the Site or notify individuals by other appropriate means.
Article 6 (Accuracy and Retention of Personal Data)
The Company will endeavor to keep personal data accurate and up to date within the scope necessary to achieve the Purposes of Use, and will endeavor to delete such personal data without delay when it is no longer necessary to use it.
Article 7 Disclosure and Correction of Personal Information
The Company will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data it handles, and to otherwise ensure the secure management of such data.
When handling personal data through its employees, the Company will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure that such data is managed securely.

Article 8 (Supervision of Contractors)
When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal data to a third party, it will select appropriate contractors and enter into agreements that enable the Company to reasonably monitor the status of personal data handling.
The Company will also conduct necessary and appropriate supervision of such contractors, including by periodically reviewing their handling of personal data, to ensure the secure management of entrusted personal data.
Article 9 (Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties)
The Company will not provide personal data to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the individual, except in the following cases:
- When required by laws and regulations
- When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
- When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
- When it is necessary to cooperate with a national government, a local government, or a person entrusted by them in executing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the individual may impede the execution of such affairs
- In other cases permitted by laws and regulations
